Fernandina Beach Salt Life Food Shack nears completion

Fernandina Beach's newest seafood restaurant is nearly complete.

Salt Life Food Shack is expected to open its new Amelia Island location at 17 N. Fletcher Avenue this fall.

The Nassau County Chamber of Commerce posted photos of the new restaurant, showing its progress ahead of its grand opening.

The restaurant is hiring bartenders, cooks, servers, server assistants and hosts, according to its website.
