First Alert Weather: Hot days continue with limited rain

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Here’s what the First Alert Weather Team said you can expect for the forecast:

  • This morning is mild with temperatures in the 70s under mostly clear skies.
  • Another hot afternoon is on the way today with high temperatures in the middle 90s.
  • Isolated storms are likely today, with many spots staying dry. 
  • Monday will be similarly hot in the middle 90s with a few more afternoon storms.
  • Any storms that do form the next few days will be capable of strong wind gusts, frequent lightning, and heavy rainfall.
  • Rain becomes more scattered Tuesday through the remainder of the week.
  • We are done with 8:00 pm or later sunsets until Spring 2027.
