FIRST ALERT WEATHER: Hottest day of the year so far 🔥

Today is the hottest day of the year in Jacksonville so far.

Jacksonville has tied the record high temperature of 99 degrees at JIA.

  • A heat advisory goes until 8 p.m.
  • Hot even through the night. Temperatures at 11 .pm. are in the 80s but it will feel like the 90s.
  • It will take time overnight to cool off.
  • Wetter weather through the weekend: much needed and make it less “hot.”
