JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Here’s what the First Alert Weather Team said you can expect for the forecast:
- Persistent east winds off the ocean are pushing westward bands of showers & isolated t’storms, which will slowly become more isolated overnight. Lows in the 70s.
- The east winds continue Thursday with a few morning coastal showers & a few inland afternoon showers & isolated t’storms, with highs in the 80s at the beaches to around 90 inland.
- By Friday into the weekend, west/southwest winds will develop & temps. will trend hotter, ranging from near 90 at the beaches to the mid 90s inland with a few showers & locally heavy storms each afternoon.
