  • Temperatures climb back into the mid-90s this afternoon
  • Scattered showers & storms develop this afternoon & evening
  • The heaviest rain will focus near & east of Hwy 301
  • A few storms will be strong to severe with gusty winds & lots of lightning
  • I expect a storm or two around Jax for pregame & kickoff at EverBank Stadium
  • A few storms should linger past sunset especially in SE GA
  • I’ll be updating the rain timing on ANJ This Morning
  • Scattered storms return Saturday before slightly drier days Sunday/Monday
  • Temps go down slightly - it’ll still be hot & humid each day but we’ll be closer to average
