Where to get a free COVID-19 test in Jacksonville

Coronavirus testing in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Thousands of people are heading to COVID-19 testing sites in Duval County, approximately 3,000 people each day, according to the Department of Health.

New numbers from the state show that most people are getting a rapid, antigen test.

Action News Jax reported Wednesday about potential false negatives with rapid tests. If you receive a negative result from your rapid, antigen test, but begin having symptoms, medical experts say you should get a PCR test too.
