BRUNSWICK, Ga. — Brunswick police said they were called to a vacant lot Wednesday in the 800 block of First Street after skeletal remains were found. Due to the condition of the remains, police said the GBI is assisting with processing the scene.
“There is no indication of foul play or any concern for public safety,” a Brunswick police news release states. Police said its investigation is ongoing and asks anyone with information about the remains to call Det. Justin Bradley at 912-279-2641 or Silent Witness 912-267-5516.
