GLYNN COUNTY, Fla. — The Glynn-Brunswick 911 Center received a call about a cardiac arrest patient on St. Simons Island on Monday, Aug. 26. Officer Richard Leska, a member of the Glynn County Police Special Response team responded to the call and was the first one to make it to the scene.
Officer Leska immediately performed CPR on the patient until Squad 2 and Engine 2 arrived.
