A Green Cove Springs man won $1 million on a $25 Florida Lottery scratch-off game.
Danny Tippett, 69, purchased the winning "$10,000,000 FORTUNE" scratch-off ticket at Winn-Dixie, 1545 County Road 220, in Orange Park, the Florida Lottery said.
Tippett chose to receive his winnings as a one-time lump-sum payment of $792,000.
