Jacksonville police are investigating a deadly shooting Sunday night at an East Arlington apartment complex.
The shooting happened at Park at Via Veneto where David Moore, 38, was shot and killed in the breezeway of an upstairs apartment in building 10. Police said that the Moore had been arguing with someone before he was shot.
Police they said they found the Moore dead with a gunshot wound.
No one has been arrested but investigators are interviewing witnesses.
