Jacksonville fire department investigating apartment fire that displaced 12 people

The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department is investigating a fire that started in a top floor bedroom of an apartment compless at 8880 Old Kings Road Tuesday night.

JFRD said fire is under control, but has displaced 12 people and caused smoke damage to four units.

One unit has fire damage, according to JFRD.
