The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is reporting their traffic homicide unit is responding to a life threatening crash between a vehicle and motorcycle at Ortega Blvd and Yacht Club Dr.
According to JSO a van ran a stop sign, which lead to the collision with the motorcycle around 6:46 p.m.
JSO said the driver of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
There was a passenger on the motorcycle who was suffered from serious injuries, according to JSO.
