JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Neighbors in Mandarin say FBI agents raided a jewelry store on Sunbeam Road on Friday morning.
It’s called Victory Jewelers located in a shopping plaza.

Action News Jax’s Jasmine Butler has seen several FBI agents in the area.
A large piece of paper is also covering a part of a window that’s gone.
A work crew is also currently boarding up other windows on the side of the building.

Video provided by the owner of a nearby business showed the scene earlier.
It shows smoke in the air and you can hear what seems to be agents asking someone to come out of the building.
In another video he sent to us, you can see a man in handcuffs.

We’re working with very limited information, but we do know that this was not a burglary or robbery.
People who work nearby told Butler they’ve never seen anyone come to actually shop at this jewelry store and that for the most part, it is always empty.
