The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office found a wandering 5-year-old boy near the 400 block of Century Drive in the Arlington area.

He was found and no one called looking for him for over 2.5 hours.
“He was on the other side of the apartment complex, over there on that side. Just running loose, soiled diaper, no shoes,” a witness said. "“I was asking him, where were you coming from, where do you live? He didn’t know. He knew his name. But he didn’t know anything else.”
“These are the reasons why we know who’s in our community, whether right or wrong. We live together, whether Shore House or Boat House, we all in this together,” Cecil Sluggs, a local parent, said.
