JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A suspicious incident involving a child that took place in the 8700 block of Old Plank Road on the Westside on Tuesday night was found to be "unfounded and unsubstantiated."
Originally, JSO Public Information Officer Melissa Bujeda said a 12-year-old complaintant saw a man carrying and beating a girl approximately 2-3 years old.
