5/9/18 11:36 p.m. UPDATE: The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office identified the woman shot and killed on the Westside as 37-year-old Shonda Shontel Smith. Jeremy Murkey, 37, has been arrested for the murder of Smith that occurred in the 6400 block of Diamond Leaf Drive.
At approximately 3:30 a.m., an off duty officer at the Park West ER on 103rd Street called Jacksonville police in reference to a woman driven there with a gunshot wound.
The woman was treated at the emergency facility with critical injuries but later died.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said they received a secondary call about a residence near the facility that involved a shooting as well. JSO believes the two shooting incidents are related.
A man and woman were involved in the shooting, police said.

JSO has a person of interest in custody and are interviewing several witnesses.
The red SUV police are focusing on is the vehicle the woman used to drive herself to the facility. Police said another person was alo in the SUV when it reached the facility.
The woman shot and killed is described to be between the ages of 25 and 35.

Police said there may possibly be other victims of other crimes, but would not go into detail.
