DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. — JSO is currently searching for suspect Jordan Stefan McConnell, who is currently on the run for resisting arrest.

McConnell is described as a 25-year-old Black man. JSO has issued an arrest warrant for him on charges of fleeing and resisting an officer with violence.
On December 3, 2021, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by McConnell in the 7400 block of San Jose Blvd. As the officer was attempting to remove the suspect from the vehicle, the suspect put the car in drive and sped off while the officer was still actively engaged with the suspect.
