A local business owner is arrested in a sex predator sting out of Volusia County.
Evidence video shows Jax Water Tours owner Brooks Mitchell being taken down by masked deputies.
Investigators say Mitchell was chatting with undercover officers posing as minors online to arrange sex.
But when the 53-year-old showed up to this house he was arrested.
Mitchell runs his tour company out of a marina in St. Augustine.
“I never met him, all I know is people said he was kind of strange,” said Madalin Keebel, who docks at the same marina.
Mitchell faces several charges, including using a computer to lure a child.
He is already out of jail in Volusia County.
