Local Jacksonville nonprofit hosting event to giveaway 5,000 diapers

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Safe Future Foundation, Inc. in partnership with the First Coast YMCA is hosting a diaper distribution event later this month to help alleviate diaper need in the local area.

The diaper giveaway is set for April 22, 2022, at the Dupont Family YMCA on Old Kings Road.

Alvina Tobey, co-founder of Safe Future Foundation tells Action News Jax they plan to give out 5,000 diapers, while supplies last.  No reservations are needed. They will also be giving out baby wipes and menstrual supplies.
