“I was just home in bed. It was around 10:30 at night. And I got an alert from our camera system. It was a man walking up, and I got a little nervous,” said Arkell.

Surveillance video showed the man stopped in the walkway to the front door and touched himself. Then, he kept walking right up to the front porch and continued.

As soon as the stranger left, Arkell said she called police.

“I was a little in shock that somebody can take the whole walkway up to the stairs to do something like that. I was nervous that he might be trying to come into the house,” said Arkell.

Her husband, Jeff Arkell, said he wants this man caught so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

“We’re concerned for that person. We want that person to get help. We live very close to a school. We have two small kids. We don’t want them to be in danger,” said Jeff Arkell.

In the meantime, they’ve already added more cameras.
