Authorities are searching for a man seen on surveillance video using an SUV to break into a Ponte Vedra Beach Publix.
It happened around 11:20 p.m. on Thursday after the store already closed. The video shows the man trying to open the glass front doors.
He can be seen returning a few minutes later, driving a dark SUV. The video shows him backing the SUV quickly into the front doors, shattering the glass.
The man did not take anything. He walked into Publix but left quickly once he saw there were still employees there cleaning up.

Deputies said the man appears to have multiple tattoos on both forearms, wavy hair pulled back in a ponytail and was wearing a “Grateful Dead” tie-dye T-shirt.
They believe his vehicle is possibly a blue or black Mercury Mariner SUV or similar type vehicle.
The man’s vehicle should have damage to the rear, including a broken driver’s side taillight.
Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to contact Detective Thomas at the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office at (904) 824-8304.
