JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The man who killed a teenager and attempted to kill three others will be sentenced Friday at 10:30 a.m.
A jury found Michael Dunn guilty of first-degree murder on Oct. 1. He killed 17-year-old Jordan Davis at a Southside gas station in November 2012 after an argument over loud music.
Dunn will be sentenced on that charge and for three additional attempted murder charges. He was found guilty of the attempted murder charges in Feb.
Dunn's attorney will also likely file a motion of appeal for a new trial on Friday.
