Rano McGowan, Jr. found safe in Alabama

UPDATE 6:13 a.m.- McGowen was located in Alabama and is being safely reunited with his family.

On June 10, 2022, 77 year old Rano McGowan, Jr., or “Reno,” was last seen in the 19400 block of SE highway 42 in Umatilla and is driving a white Chevrolet pickup truck with Florida Tag JHWI31

McGowan has been diagnosed with Dementia. His vehicle was last seen on the afternoon of June 11, 2022, going northbound on US Highway 441 at the intersection of SE Sunset Harbor Road.

McGowan may be attempting to travel to the area of Adairsville, Georgia, to visit his family. If anyone has any information on Rano’s whereabouts, please call 911.
