Monster Jam Triple Threat to be held indoors for first time at Jacksonville Memorial Area

It’s the first time Monster Jam Triple Threat will be indoors at the Jacksonville Memorial Arena.

We showed you in February when the trucks took over the TIAA Bank Field.

Now for the second time in a year they are back, with a smaller track, but new challenges.

The exhaust system inside the Jacksonville Memorial Arena will help with gas fumes developing indoors.

The company will also have fans and a safety team on hand.

Fans will not be allowed past carefully placed blue safety holds to protect them from debris flying in the air when riders perform donuts inside.

The 1 p.m. show tomorrow is almost sold out and local Matt Bathel says Jacksonville has some of the most die hard fans he’s seen.

Bathel said, “I’ve never seen people tailgate before Monster Jam. the people here absolutely love it.”

Monster Jam says they will be finished setting up the course by the end of the Thursday.
