More than 500 people joined at Nocatee Splash Park for Helicopter Gelt Drop

More than 500 men, women and children joined together at the Nocatee Splash Park for a helicopter gelt drop on Tuesday.

There was also a menorah lighting to celebrate the third night of Chanukah.

Kids waited patiently behind a start line for a helicopter to fly overhead and drop tons of candy.

2000 chocolate coins were dropped from a helicopter, and the children ran to gather up all the candy.

Chabad of St Johns put on the festive event.
