Florida Highway Patrol said Danielle Billings was driving Friday morning on State Road 16 in St. Johns County when she hit another car head-on and was killed.
“She said, 'I love you mommy. I’ll talk to you soon,'” Brenda Sadowski said of the last words her daughter Billings said to her when they talked on FaceTime Thursday night.
