A seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 11,445-square-foot home with five levels sold this week on Ocean Club Drive for a little over $13 million, records show.

The home, which was featured in the Wall Street Journal, was marketed by James Miller and Joe Cutajar and originally listed for $15 million.

It’s located in the Amelia Island Plantation, a gated community with 24/7 private security.

• 100 feet of ocean frontage to the east and 150 feet of dune frontage to the north
• Miele/Sub-Zero appliances and Poggenpohl cabinets in the chef’s kitchen

That home broke the record for the most expensive property ever sold in Amelia Island and now that this home has sold for $13,350,000, it is the new record holder.
