AMELIA ISLAND, Fla. — Nine bedrooms. Eight and a half bathrooms. Five floors. Ocean-front views. Nearly 12,000 square feet.

An Italian-inspired mansion on Ocean Club Drive is for sale. With a list price of $11.75M, the home will break the record for the most expensive property ever sold in Amelia Island if it sells for at or near the asking price.

The massive villa was created by architect John Cotner of Cotner & Associates and Kenyon Construction and is listed by Joe Cutajar and Kim Richardson with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
