10:34 A.M. UPDATE: The credit union updated their statement -- adding that member accounts are safe. Although they are not accepting calls to speak with representatives at this time, online and mobile banking is available.
Navy Federal Credit Union issued the following statement Thursday morning on Facebook following multiple complaints from several members on social media:
"We're experiencing a delay with account deposits today, and we're working through a solution. Currently members are unable to call in to speak with representatives.
Online and mobile banking are available. Please watch this space for updates as we work to resolve."
