ST. JOHNS, Fla. — As part of First Coast Expressway Shands Bridge construction, intermittent afternoon delays at the intersection of State Road 16 and State Road 13 are expected Monday through Friday.

From noon to 3 p.m. each day, crews will deliver large concrete bridge beams to the project site requiring closure of the intersection.
