JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — One Spark is not just helping local businesses and artists; companion event Ed Spark is helping kids and teachers.
From colorful props to live animals like Snowy the bunny, there's something for everyone at Ed Spark. The goal is to get Jacksonville thinking creatively about education.
Thirty creators are housed in one venue and there are plenty of excited kids involved.
"Ed Spark" is short for Education Spark. It's put on by The Schultz Center and already is getting a lot of buzz.
"We were the first curated themed venue of One Spark and this year there are 15 to 16 curated venues. It's a really good idea that works," said organizer Deborah Gianoulis.
