A man was spotted at a Jacksonville park touching himself inappropriately and the mother who saw him do so is now warning parents to be on the lookout.
Melody Bolduc said she brings her children to Losco Park and hearing about what happened this week is concerning.
"It's pretty frightening," Bolduc said.

A woman, who doesn’t want to be named, said she was at Losco Park with her kids Monday afternoon when she saw a man near a tree touching himself.
"We want to keep our children safe and don't want to have those things here," parent Matthias Alber said.
The woman who saw the man said that she called the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, but she left the park after waiting for 20 minutes for officers to arrive.
“That's disgusting. Have a police officer here, please," parent Gloria Branda said.
Action News Jax reached out to JSO to get the police report, but the department said there wasn’t one.
The man is described as having shaggy brown hair and riding a blue bicycle.
"It would be nice to have somebody watching or cameras, whatever it takes," Branda said.
A woman at the park said that her husband found items at the park that she said are a health hazard.

"When we got home, he kind of seemed concerned and he just said, 'We need to keep a close eye and not let her go too far away or by any trees.' He said he saw some used condoms on the side of the lake," a parent said.
And with all the trees in the park, some parents said there could be a visibility issue.
"This park, it is harder. You want to keep them in the same area and if you look around, you can see there are places they can stray to if you're not really watching," Bolduc said.
A neighbor said that she also called police about the same man and they told her that they would start putting more officers in the area.
