A small plane crash landed off the runway in St. Simons Island on Monday morning.
Officials said the plane lost power shortly after takeoff.
The pilot crash landed the plane in a grassy area off the runway at McKinnon St Simons Island Airport.
The plane was a privately-owned Cirrus SR20. No injuries were reported after the crash.
Glynn County Fire Department is working on moving the aircraft from the area.
