JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A local boy is facing three felony charges after he was arrested for threatening his teacher with scissors.
Justin Lamoree is just 12 but Action News has chosen to identify him because of the seriousness of the charges against him.

A police report Action News obtained said he threatened everyone by saying he would cut them up "into 1,000 little pieces and feed it to my dog." Police said the student also threatened, “I will also cut your eyes out and feed them to you.”
According to the report, the teacher and principal were able to get all of the students out of the classroom safely. It said they tried to calm the student down but he continued making threats. He is also quoted as saying, “I am not afraid of the police, call them.”
The report further states that when police arrived, Lamoree would not put down the scissors until an officer pointed a Taser at him. After that, they took him into custody.
He faces three felonies including assault on a school employee, kidnapping and having a weapon at school.
