JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man walked into a San Jose bank and demanded money but left empty-handed after the teller refused Tuesday, police said.
Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the man walked into the Regions Bank at 6200 St. Augustine Road around 9:30 a.m. and passed the teller a note.
The teller refused to give him money and he left the bank, according to police.
They are searching for a 175 pound man who is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and wearing a black hat and tan, long sleeved shirt.
He left the bank and headed northeast.
