ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH, Fla. — A former employee of the Casa Maria restaurant in St. Augustine Beach returned to the restaurant and caused a disturbance Thursday by walking around with undone pants and taking food from customers’ plates, a police report said.
Alejandro Juarez, 37, was booked into the St. Johns County Jail after a registered a .370 reading on a hand-held device. He had previously been taken to Flagler Hospital after a hospital ride in which he repeatedly asked officers, “Do you know who I am, [expletives].”
Officers noted a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and Juarez was unsteady on his feet, the report said.
Juarez has been removed from the restaurant after customers’ complaints. After he was removed, the police report said, he pulled his pants down while standing in the window of the restaurant. He then tried to speak to two females in front of the Peterbrooke Chocolate store.
Shortly thereafter, officers arrived and arrested him for disorderly intoxication.
