Reported bomb threat near popular Jacksonville Beach bar, per officials

A St. Louis police officer is accused of driving a van too roughly to punish two prisoners, court documents claim.

9:00 a.m. UPDATE:  No additional police or rescue agencies were called to the scene. There were no reports of arrests or injuries.  Action News Jax has requested a copy of the incident report and will provide updates as more is learned.

11:50 p.m. UPDATE: Police have appeared to clear the scene. Action News Jax is working to learn if the scene has been officially cleared and the circumstances around the incident.
