JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Interstate 295 was shutdown to traffic for the second time on Wednesday after a serious crash.
Officials said a 6-car crash involving an overturned semi-truck closed the interstate at Wilson Boulevard.
Officials said the semi was carrying 2,800 gallons of diesel fuel and four people were taken to the hospital after the accident.
Traffic on northbound I-295 was being diverted to 103rd Street as crews worked to right the semi and clear debris.
A multi-vehicle crash closed I-295 north earlier Wednesday morning for about four hours near Interstate 10.
