Shooting in Argyle Forest leaves man injured

Jacksonville, Fl — One man sustained non-life threatening injuries in a shooting in the Argyle Forest community. Jacksonville police say a 911 call led officers to a home on Cross Timbers Drive W.

An adult male victim had a single gunshot wound, and violent crimes detectives are investigating. Police say there is no danger to the community, however a suspect has not been identified.

Anyone who witnessed the shooting is asked to call JSO at 630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.

JSO says this was not a domestic-related shooting, and the victim was found outside.
