ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — The St. Johns County School teacher who is accused of having sex with a 16-year-old student pleaded not guilty on Tuesday.
Virginia Hinckley, 26, was arrested last month after police say another teacher overheard students talking about the affair and reported it to deputies.
Hinckley taught at St. Augustine High School. She is suspended without pay.
