ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — 11:05 AM UPDATE: All lanes have reopened.
ORIGINAL STORY: A car fire erupted on I-95 in St. Johns County just before 10:30 a.m. on Satuday, leading to lane closures.
A vehicle heading north on I-95 caught fire on the shoulder of the interstate, north of World Golf Village near the Silverleaf area.
St. Johns County Fire Rescue crews could be seen extinguishing the flames on FDOT cameras at approximately 10:35 a.m.
As of 10:45 a.m., all lanes remain closed.
Action News Jax has reached out to authorities to determine whether anyone has suffered injuries.
