JSO officer Michael Paul said it appears the teen was killed somewhere else.
“It appears that he may have been dumped at that location,” Paul said.
JSO is investigating and suspects foul play was involved.
Several neighbors said they were too scared to comment since this happened so close to their front door.
Police are trying to dig deeper to uncover who the victim is and what exactly happened.
JSO said they believe the body was dropped off at least 12 hours before it was found.
