Uber now offering free rides to and from your COVID-19 vaccine

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Need a ride to get your COVID-19 vaccine? Uber can help!

Uber is offering four free rides (up to $25 each) to get your COVID-19 vaccine between now and July 4, anytime between 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Uber implemented this initiative to help reach the White House’s goal to fully vaccinate 70% of the U.S. population by July 4.

According to the Center for Disease Control less than 7% of 18- to 24-year-olds and less than 19% of 25- to 39-year-olds are fully vaccinated in the U.S.
