VIDEO: St. Augustine police have officers who might speak your language

St. Augustine police is letting the public know that some officers can help visitors in the historic city by speaking their native language.

This was presented in a public service video published Saturday on the St. Augustine Police Department's Facebook page.

The Police Department said it wants to let visitors know that several officers are multilingual and can help answer questions in one of several languages.

Monday: Cool Evening, First Day of Spring Forecast

The video said millions of people from different countries visit the historic city every year.

The Police Department said there are officers who are fluent in Spanish, Russian, French, German, Tagalog and American Sign Language.
