Web.com will build new Jacksonville headquarters at 'Town Center Two'

Web.com, a Jacksonville-based company that provides internet business services, said on Wednesday that they are moving their headquarters to a massive 200,000 square-foot facility in 2019.

The facility will be located on Gate Parkway and feature a pedestrian walkway under J. Turner Butler Boulevard to St. Johns Town Center.

"Since Web.com first opened its doors in 1997, we have grown from a small Jacksonville startup to a global employer of nearly 3,800 employees, of which nearly 1,000 Jacksonville employees are split between two office buildings with no room to expand," said David L. Brown, Web.com's chairman, CEO and president. "We look forward to soon serving our customers and employees out of a centrally located headquarters that affords us room for continued growth in Jacksonville."
