California woman appears in second racist rant video

A California woman recorded going on a profanity-laced tirade on Wednesday to a young Asian woman exercising at a park has been involved in at least two other similar incidents, victims said.

The same woman appears in a video released Thursday that shows her berating a man with his 11-year-old son at Charles H. Wilson Park, the same place as in the earlier video, KTLA reported.

“Did you just make a racist comment?” the man, who did not want to be identified, can be heard saying.

The woman replied: “I am not a racist person, but you know what, you need to go home. I don’t care about your Facebook or your video. Do you know how many people can’t stand you being here?”

The confrontation escalates and the woman starts speaking in a mockingly Asian accent saying to the man, "you understand me, China man?"

Like the incident Wednesday, the woman also threatens to have her family beat up the man.

“Do you know who my family is? You are so (expletive). You are going to get (expletive). Your kids are gonna get (expletive),” the woman said. “This is my country and this is from my government: Go home. Put that on your Facebook.”

The man later sat down and talked with his son about racism, KTLA reported.

“In 2020, no one should be hearing these kind of racial slurs,” he said. “It’s completely another thing to say racial slurs to minors, they need to be protected.”

The woman appears to be the same person who was recorded Wednesday during a confrontation with a young Asian woman who was working out on some steps at the park.

After video of that incident went viral, Kayceelyn Salminoa came forward to say she recognized the woman as the person who assaulted her in October in the restrooms at the park.

Salminoa intervened when she heard the woman verbally abusing a cleaning woman. Salminoa was thrown to the ground by the older woman who threatened her to not get up. When Salminoa got up, the woman grabbed her hair, pushed her down then started punching the back of her head, KTLA reported.

“That’s a voice you don’t forget. That’s a face you don’t forget, especially what she had done to me,” Salminoa said.

Police reports were filed after all the incidents, KTLA reported. Authorities said they are investigating.
