The Jax Health and Fitness Expo

Join us for the first annual Jax Health and Fitness Expo on Saturday, January 21 at the UNF Student Union. 

Join Action News Jax Family Focus and COX radio for the first annual Jax Health and Fitness Expo on Saturday, January 21st. The event will take place at the University of North Florida Student Union from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The Jax Health and Fitness Expo is dedicated to helping Northeast Florida better their lives through health and fitness. The event is free and there will be free parking available. Click here to learn more.

There will be presentations on the main stage throughout the day. Action News Jax reporter Kaitlyn Chana will be giving a presentation “Celebrate Every Body” at the EXPO, where she will explore her battle with three eating disorders and her road to recovery. Other presentations include:

The Jax Health and Fitness Expo is also a partner with Mission One Million - Mayor Lenny Curry and the Mayor's Council for Fitness and Well-Being focus to get the city of Jacksonville to lose one million pounds. To learn more about Mission One Million, click here.
