GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. — The correct Ashley Chiasson is due to appear in court in Clay County Friday morning.
Deputies arrested the 31-year-old woman Thursday night. Ashley Odessa Chiasson is facing charges of grand theft ($300-$4,999) and attempt to defraud financial institution by schemes.
The Sheriff's Office admitted to wrongfully arresting the wrong woman on two separate occasions. Ashley Nicole Chiasson, 28, told Action News her life is ruined.
