Do you know these ‘bubble bandits’? St. Marys police say they caused costly damage to a fountain

ST.MARYS, Ga. — St. Marys Police Department needs your help identifying these so called “Bubble Bandits.”

Late Tuesday night two men and a woman supposedly damaged soap dispensers and then proceeded to take the soap and dump it in the fountain in the Howard Gilman Memorial Waterfront Park.

The amount of soap that was poured into the fountain has damaged it and will take a great deal of time and money tp restore the fountain to normal operation.
