Classroom volunteer banned for OnlyFans, Twitter accounts files suit against Orange County schools

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The attorney for an Orange County mother who was banned from volunteering at her kids’ school because of her OnlyFans account has filed suit against the school district.

Victoria Triece, a 31-year-old mother of two, was an “Additions School Volunteer” with Orange County Public Schools at Sand Lake Elementary until 2021.

In July of that same year, the principal received an anonymous email from a parent complaining about Triece’s work on the site OnlyFans and other social media.

In the email, the parent stated: “One of the room mothers that spends time at the school is publicly posting pornography thru various sources on the internet.”

The district then banned Triece from participating in any activities where she would have access to children.

“Everything I devoted myself to was ripped out of my hands with no proper reason,” Triece said.

Attorney Mark NeJame who represents Triece said her ban has no legal justification.

“What she was doing, what she does in our off time -- it’s not illegal. But yet we have a morality police with the Orange County School Board and whatever administrators made this horrific decision,” NeJame said.

Triece is now suing the school district not only to get the ban lifted and to be reinstated as a volunteer at the school but also for what she says is an invasion of privacy and cyber sexual harassment after several people in the district shared images from her accounts without her permission.

When asked for comment about the suit, the school district said they do not comment on pending litigation.
